Event companies, technology providers and industry partnersback new platform for sourcing and business connections
Event Experience Expo (E3) 2026 is gaining strong industry support as companies from across the MICE sector come on board as official partners and sponsors of the two-day expo in October at World Trade Center Metro Manila.
The growing roster spans event technology, production, audiovisual solutions, staging, exhibition build, logistics, creative services, F&B, and other event-related specialties, giving E3 a broad representation of the companies that help bring events from planning to execution.
“Events today must do more than bring people together. They must create meaningful connections, enable business and continuously respond to how technology and customer expectations are changing,” said Pamela D. Pascual, Chairman and CEO of World Trade Center Metro Manila.

Among E3’s official partners are Jublia AI, the official event technology partner; Geyme, the official registration partner; Philippine Daily Inquirer, the official newspaper; and Inquirer Business and Inquirer.net, the official media partners.
The expo’s Gold Sponsors include the Tourism Promotions Board, Sound Check, Stage Riggers, Force Ink, Video Sonic, Maxione Production, PMX, Pro BeatBox Entertainment Concept, 10 Inch Lights & Sound, Gateway OPC, Go Live Asia, Centrex, Cityneon, Event Solutions, IdealWorks, MSD Godspeed, Blue Apple International, Ovation Productions, On Demand Group, 4DSR, Brandon Demand, Eras Equipment Rental & Set-Up Services, and Westlines Design Technologies.
Silver Sponsors include Xstatic, Creativents, Wildsfire Incorporated, Projection X Events Management Services, Starxpo Property Management, Confetti Effects, Chamber of Furniture Industries of the Philippines, Pido, Precision, IMMRVS Asia, and Straight Up Advertising.
For WTCMM, the participation of companies across these different segments adds depth to E3 as a marketplace for the events industry, while giving participating businesses an opportunity to engage directly with organizers, corporate event teams, buyers, and other decision-makers.
“The strong support we are receiving from companies across the industry reinforces the value of having a platform where different parts of the events sector can come together,” Pascual said. “Their participation strengthens E3 as a place where buyers can find relevant solutions and where suppliers can demonstrate their capabilities, exchange ideas, and develop new business opportunities.”
Beyond the exhibition, E3 2026 will feature business matching, buyer engagements, and masterclasses covering emerging technologies, industry trends, and practical approaches to event planning and execution.
With its growing roster of partners, sponsors, and exhibitors, E3 2026 aims to establish a regular meeting point for the Philippine events industry while opening opportunities for greater regional engagement.
E3 2026 is organized and hosted by World Trade Center Metro Manila and will be held on October 28–29, 2026 at World Trade Center Metro Manila.
