Philippines’ 50 Richest See Net Worth Climb to $86 Billion in 2025 – Sy Siblings Still on Top

The combined net worth of the Philippines’ 50 richest individuals and families has surged by over 6% in the past year, reaching $86 billion, according to Forbes Asia’s 2025 Philippines’ 50 Richest List.

Despite economic challenges, the country’s elite business leaders showed resilience, with many expanding their empires across retail, property, logistics, and infrastructure.

Sy Siblings Remain the Philippines’ Richest

The Sy siblings, heirs to the SM Group retail and property empire, maintained their position as the nation’s richest family.

Although their collective fortune fell by $1.2 billion—the steepest drop in dollar terms this year—the group still held the top spot.

Their flagship company, SM Investments Corp., reported a 7% increase in consolidated net income, hitting ₱82.6 billion in 2024. For the first half of 2025 alone, SM posted ₱42.6 billion in net income, up 6%, with consolidated revenues rising to ₱319.2 billion.

Enrique Razon Jr. Holds Strong at Second Place

Ports and gaming magnate Enrique Razon Jr. retained his second-place ranking, growing his fortune to $11.5 billion. His company, International Container Terminal Services Inc. (ICTSI), achieved a remarkable 66% surge in net income for 2024, totaling $849.8 million, driven by strong global port operations.

Manuel Villar Secures Third Spot

Real estate tycoon Manuel Villar stayed in third place with a net worth of $11 billion. His company, formerly Golden MV Holdings, was rebranded as Villar Land Holdings, now spearheading the massive 3,500-hectare Villar City mixed-use development.

Ramon Ang and DMCI’s Consunji Family Round Out the Top Five

  • Ramon Ang, president of San Miguel Corporation, ranked fourth with $3.75 billion.
  • In fifth place, Isidro Consunji and his siblings—leaders of DMCI Holdings—held a combined net worth of $3.7 billion.

Biggest Percentage Gainers: Converge ICT’s Dennis Anthony and Maria Grace Uy

The largest percentage increase in wealth was recorded by Dennis Anthony and Maria Grace Uy, the husband-and-wife duo behind Converge ICT Solutions Inc., as they expanded their reach in the Philippine broadband market.
