Grilled chicken is one of the favorites of Filipinos served during snack, lunch or dinner time. It is consists of chicken parts or whole chicken that are barbecued, grilled or smoked. Here’s a recipe for you to try.
Grilled Chicken Recipe
Serving is good for 4
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup calamansi
2 tablespoons crushed garlic
1/2 tablespoon salt
1. Make the marinade by combining vinegar, sugar, calamansi, soy sauce, garlic, salt and vetsin. Marinate chicken parts for 3 hours.
2. Grill marinated chicken over charcoal.
3. Baste chicken with vegetable oil boiled with achuete, taking care not to burn the chicken.
