REGION III – Central Luzon
- Schools Division of Bulacan – No face-to-face classes for elementary and secondary levels in public schools from October 16 to 17 to allow for simultaneous inspection of school buildings.
REGION IV-A – CALABARZON
- Cavite – No face-to-face classes in all levels, both public and private, from October 15 to 18.
- Laguna – No face-to-face classes in all levels, public and private, from October 15 to 31.
- Rizal – No face-to-face classes in all levels, public and private, until October 17; classes will shift to modular distance learning.
REGION X – Northern Mindanao
- Gingoog, Misamis Oriental – Suspension of face-to-face classes in public and private schools effective October 13 until further notice.
REGION XI – Davao Region
- Davao Oriental – Suspension of face-to-face classes in public schools since October 11 until further notice.
- Mabini, Davao de Oro – No classes in all levels, public and private, starting October 13 until further notice.
- Montevista, Davao de Oro – No classes for all levels beginning October 14 until further notice. Suspension includes work for teachers and non-teaching personnel.
- Nabunturan, Davao de Oro – Asynchronous learning for all levels, both public and private, starting October 13 until further notice.
SCHOOLS
- University of Santo Tomas (UST) – All classes and office operations across all levels remain suspended until October 16, 2025.
