Oslo, UK – 25 June 2025 — As part of his official visit to the UK for London Climate Action Week, Minister Andreas Bjelland Eriksen of the Norwegian Labour Party visited Attensi, a leading Norwegian technology company in its London offices, to experience first-hand how innovation in training is driving scalable behavior change across industries.
Attensi, known for its gamified simulation and behavioral training platforms, welcomed the Minister for a live demonstration of RealTalk, its cutting-edge AI conversational training tool.
The visit underscored the growing importance of digital solutions in helping organizations meet ambitious goals in areas such as ESG, climate action, and workforce skills transformation.
“It’s inspiring to see how Norwegian companies like Attensi are using technology to create real-world impact,” said Minister Andreas Bjelland Eriksen. “Behavioral change is essential to achieving our climate and sustainability goals, and it’s clear that solutions like these can help organizations empower people—wherever they are—to make better decisions and take meaningful action.”
The Minister’s visit also highlighted the strength of Norwegian innovation abroad, and the role of public-private partnerships in accelerating progress. With the support of Innovation Norway and Hilde Hukkelberg, Attensi has grown from a bold idea in Oslo to a global leader in training technology that builds skills and drives behavior change with measurable impact.
“We’re proud to showcase how Norwegian innovation is thriving internationally,” said Hilde Hukkelberg, Managing Director of Innovation Norway UK and Ireland. “Attensi is a prime example of how purpose-driven companies can scale globally while delivering real impact.”
Attensi’s training solutions empower organizations to implement behavior change at scale – without requiring employees to travel to centralized training locations. This not only reduces carbon footprints but also enables more inclusive and flexible learning environments.
“Awareness is important, but action is essential,” said Krister Kristiansen, COO and Chief Commercial Officer Attensi. “Knowledge or learning is only valuable when it leads to changed behaviors that can achieve real world impact. Our platforms help people think differently, make better decisions, and drive measurable change—whether they’re working from home, the office, or anywhere in between. We help people to become exceptional by building skills, competence and confidence.”
The visit highlighted the strength of Norway–UK collaboration in addressing global challenges through innovation, and the role of public-private partnerships in accelerating progress.
