Invitation to Sell

The city government of Koronadal City is calling all lot owners interested to sell lots to submit their proposal to the City Planning and Development Office not later than September 30, 2011 for the establishment of CEMETERY and MOTORPOOL.

Criteria (Cemetery):

a. The lot/s must be at least with an area of three (3) hectares
b. The lot/s must be located within Brgy. Paraiso, City of Koronadal with a Zoning Classification of:
1. Open Space; provided that the area is not with SAFDZ, or
2. Agricultural; provided that the area is: not withn SAFDZ, tenanted, not covered by CARP, not prime agricultural land and not irrigated

Criteria (Motorpool)

a. The lot/s must be at least with an area of two (2) hectares
b. The lot/s must be located within the City of Koronadal except for lot/s within the Commercial I Zoning Classification

b. tax declaration
