The next thing that you should do is start being far more active on your social media platforms. This doesn’t just mean advertising what you do – it also includes interacting with people, getting involved with discussions and debates and commenting on other people’s statuses. A little bit of benevolence goes a long way of Facebook and Twitter – so if somebody shares your information and therefore generates you more interest, then consider returning the favor. Run Competitions
There is nothing like a competition to spark interest amongst your followers, so once a month consider running a prize draw or something similar. Reward the winner with a prize such as a free carpet or free carpet fitting, and ask everybody that participates to share the competition with their friends so that it reaches the highest number of people. You can also use Facebook and Twitter to spread the word about special offers, discounts and promotions.
