Ingredients:
- 2 cups rice flour
- ½ cup coconut meal (sapal)
- ½ tbsp salt
- 3 cups water
- ½ tsp vetsin (MSG)
Instructions:
- Steam the coconut meal (sapal) for 10-15 minutes to enhance its flavor and texture.
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into greased aluminum trays, spreading it evenly.
- Dry the mixture either in a food dryer at 60-65°C or under the sun until firm and dry.
- Carefully remove the dried kropeck from the trays and pack in plastic bags for storage.
- Before serving, deep-fry in hot oil until light and crispy.
