Manila, Philippines, 21 January 2026 – International Workplace Group (IWG), the world’s largest platform for work with brands including Spaces and Regus, announces the launch of six new centers in the Philippines, all scheduled to open in Q1 2026. The expansion supports IWG’s target of opening 29 new locations nationwide, bringing its total footprint in the country to 76 centers by the end of 2026, as the company continues to meet rising demand for hybrid and flexible working solutions.
Globally, IWG has over 5,000 locations in 121 countries, signing and opening more locations in the first half of 2025 than in the entire first decade of its operations. The Group’s network now comprises more than one million rooms in 121 countries.

The new facilities across the country will feature co-working spaces, private offices, and fully equipped meeting rooms, expanding access for organizations of all sizes to a growing network of professional and flexible work locations. The new centers are:
- Spaces Calle Industria in Quezon City
- Spaces The Stiles Enterprise Plaza in Makati City
- HQ Kalayaan Building in Makati City
- Regus E-Square Mall in San Juan City
- Regus i2 Building in Cebu City
- Regus Island Central Mactan in Lapu Lapu City, Cebu
Beyond the center launches, IWG has signed over 100 locations in the Philippines to date, a clear reflection of the company’s strong development momentum and the structural shift toward decentralized, flexible ways of working. This includes expansions in Novaliches City; Imus, Cavite; Marikina City; Caloocan City and Panglao, Bohol.

IWG is reshaping the way Filipinos work by expanding its presence in both urban hubs and provincial areas, ensuring that workspaces are accessible wherever employees live, not just near business headquarters. This concept makes flexible work more practical for more communities by shortening commutes and improving work-life balance, while also improving productivity.
In its 2026 Asia Pacific Workplace Insights Report, Colliers found that 82 percent of Philippine organizations are adopting hybrid work models, with 32 percent planning to invest in workplace upgrades next year. With explosive market growth as companies of all sizes adopt more flexible and decentralized models for the long-term, it is predicted that 30 percent of all commercial real estate will be flexible workspaces by 2030.
Marc Descrozaille, CEO Middle-East, Africa & Asia Pacific at International Workplace Group PLC, commented: “We are expanding our presence across the Philippines with six new centers this quarter, at a time when flexible and platform working is becoming the default model for companies of all sizes. Our model not only supports better work-life balance and improves employee satisfaction, but also helps businesses boost productivity, scale efficiently, and manage costs, all while giving teams access to thousands of professional locations around the world.”
Rowena Bravo-Natividad, Country Manager for International Workplace Group Philippines, commented: “We’re excited to bring six new IWG centers to key cities across the Philippines. Our goal is to provide businesses of all sizes with flexible, fully equipped workspaces that make hybrid working seamless and productive. These openings reflect the growing demand for high-quality office solutions, and we’re proud to offer work environments that are professional, adaptable, and close to where people live.”
