Established in 2015, EY GDS Philippines has seen significant growth in its talent base, work delivery, and service capabilities – amid a dynamic business environment. From having just 25 professionals when it started, EY GDS Philippines now has over 5,000 professionals. Over the years, EY GDS has recruited young talents and experienced professionals across multiple core disciplines including finance, business development, technology, talent, procurement, risk management, and competencies such as SAP, ServiceNow, quality engineering, payroll, people advisory services, global compliance and reporting and cybersecurity.
This year, EY GDS was also recognized by Prosple Philippines as one of the top 100 employers for fresh graduates in the Philippines, helping students get the best possible start to their careers. Moreover, EY GDS opened a new center in Cebu – the second in the Philippines.
