Fish burger is one of the many value added products from fish that anybody can learn easily. Fish burger is cheap to make and easy to prepare. It is an added business idea too for anyone.
Fish Burger Recipe
Ingredients
1/4 meat fish
2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt
1 cup red onion chopped
1 egg
2 tbsp. evaporated milk
1 tsp. hamburger seasoning
1 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Procedure
(Mixing in food processor)
Grind fish meat into a food processor. Then add salt and the remaining ingredients: chopped onion, pepper, hamburger seasoning to taste and egg. Turn off the food processor and put the mixture into the bowl. Add evaporated milk and mix thoroughly.
(Molding)
Put a small portion of fish hamburger patty in a clean paper line. Mold the patty flat using a hamburger molder.
(Packing)
Put in polyethylene bags and seal.
