Locsin Partners, in collaboration with California-based global architecture, planning, and design firm Architecture International, and landscape consultant AECOM. The vertical village is designed to have an iconic leaf shaped structure and is intentionally set wide apart with a towering atrium at the core. This unique design concept allows for natural light and ventilation to stream in, which in turn nurtures the lush central space while reducing energy and water consumption, an innovative feature not found in other upscale developments. The unique terraced layout of the towers also assures residents of privacy and exclusivity, and unobstructed views of the green expanse beyond.
Filigree’s Golf Ridge Private Estate took home the Residential 20+ Units category which highlighted the development’s exclusivity in an intimate, nature-inspired environment. All units are generously sized and thoughtfully designed. Each has an amply sized balcony with great views of a world-class golf course and green landscape of Filinvest Mimosa+ Leisure City. The low density building is also designed by Leandro V Locsin Partners to make an illusion of a floating tower called the lantern effect. Meanwhile, Filigree Showsuites won the Residential Interior Show Home category. Design firm Periquet Galicia was commissioned to take on the work of realizing Filigree’s vision. Reflecting the high aesthetic quality of the planned spaces is a symmetrical and perfect-in-form lobby that sets the tone for the overall experience. Each area, whether it be the lounge or the AV room, were intended to echo the design principles of Filigree.
