Work® certification for 2021 in the Philippines. This recognition underscores the importance Vertiv gives to building a strong employee culture built on trust, collaboration and engagement. 

Great Place to Work®, a global authority on workplace culture, conducted an online survey of 571 Vertiv employees and analyzed the data. According to the 2021 Great Place to Work Trust Index Survey, 77% of its employees in the Philippines ranked Vertiv as a Great Place to Work with the results showing that Vertiv employees trust their leaders, take pride in what they do, and benefit from a thriving work culture.
