How to Make Buko-Otap Coats (Food Business) Recipe


Ingredients
• Otap biscuits
• 1 pack(250ml) all purpose cream
• Sweetened macapuno (reserved some for garnishing)

Procedure
• Arrange otap layers at the bottom of a bowl.
• Top with all purpose cream, followed with sweetened macapuno.
• Repeat layers until bowl is full. Put balls of sweetened macapuno for garnishing.
• Chill before serving.
